A path to unfold our life’s potential
This is a call to care for and pamper ourselves in an exceptional environment where we can enjoy the joy and privilege of living in a body that is a source of passion, pleasure and creativity.
In order to connect with this source of pleasure we get to reset our body-mind system and free it of transgenerational memories, old beliefs, patterns and relationships that limit us.
We are going to shake and evolve everything that slows down our personal growth and blossoming.

Sexuality is the origin of our life and of our physical universe and yet is one of the most unknown and undervalued areas of the human experience.
Living in a woman’s body, with its changing nature and her hormonal fluctuations, has effects on all levels; femininity permeates our entire being and attuning to it is the first step to love and respect ourselves.
Through different practices we will explore the functioning of our female bodies, caring for and giving new meanings to female sexuality, beyond sex.
In this intimate and personal work for women, the main purposes are:
– Theoretical and practical knowledge of the female anatomy
– Harmonize imbalances that have their origin in our sexuality (infertility, miscarriages, menstrual pains, painful childbirth, fibroids, mammary tumors, polycystic ovaries, frigidity, anorgasmia,…)
– Increase the connection with our body – Awaken and unfold all the potential in the female body and the feminine energetic
EXPERIENCES
Organic Sexuality is a theoretical and practical method that brings us to understand the close link between our PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL and MENTAL selves.
We will navigate in an atmosphere where simplicity and abundance mix to explore our bright and dark sides, creating a co-container where we can relate authentically.

Psychologist and dancer specialized in human relations, trauma and personal growth. She accompanies individuals and couple to live authentic and at times unconventional, relationships.
Global Production Coordinator for Touch&Play, a small international organization that creates transformational experiences exploring the Relational Body.

VENUE
CAMP opens the doors of its beautiful space designed with principles of sustainability and built using local materials and ancestral building techniques including amazing Palm leaf “palapas”.
Our HOME will be this beautiful and intimate space where all the rooms open into our shared garden and courtyard.
It has two dance spaces with sustainable tropical wood floors.
There is a bonfire in the centre of our camp and a natural pool and sauna of to the sides.
We are surrounded by nature and only a 3 min walk from the Zipolite nude beach and the Pacific Ocean.
1 hour from Huatulco international Airport
3 minutes walking to the ZIPOLITE BEACH AND THE CENTER OF THE VILLAGE
A paradise and the only nudist beach in Mexico

Practicalities
Who is this retreat for
We will be exploring some topics related to womanhood, femininity, and a “women” identity, and other topics related to female anatomy. We understand that not all of these topics will resonate for all women, or for all humans with pussies and/or wombs, and we hope you will opt in to whichever parts of the offerings feel right and supportive for you <3
Language
The retreat will be lead in Spanish, and translated with pleasure into English if needed.
How to arrive
CAMP ‘s website has is useful info on how to arrive and other thinks to take into account. As well as this document with all the logistic info.

Once you complete your payment you receive a message with a link to an spreadsheet to self organise share rides, take the same taxi from the airport… with other participants.
Special needs around food
The diet will be adapted to special needs if it has been express on the registration and one week previously to the event and agreed with the cheff 🙂
Accomodations
The experience doesnt’t include accomodation at CAMP. You can reserve directly to CAMP.
Thinks you might consider to bring if it’s your first time in the area: earplugs, bio soap, swimming trunks (not required for camp or zipolite but for the rest of mexico…), sun protection, mosquito repellent and long sleeves cloth (is useful for mosquitos, sun, dance and roll, chilly…)
Towel (no need to bring lynen)
Comfy cloth to move and roll around, your favourite outfit…

Cash (ATM in the are can often run out of money)
A book, a note book, contact cards, nice handcraft objects that you make, your favourite costumes, toys…
Planning to go to the mountains (you have to go trough them to arrive to Oaxaca)? Bring warmer cloth. Consider get ginger or motion sickness pills.
CAMP offers access to a kitchen and a comunal fridge.

The price does not include the accommodation, the travel or the insurance travel. The yoni egg is not included in the price, and is not required for the practice.

A COLLABORATION BETWEEN TOUCH&PLAY GLOBAL and ANNA HERMS
Touch&Play is an international movement – a sexy, adventurous, embodied and deeply heart-centered family – that has found its way to the shores of Mexico.
Touch&Play originally was born as a branch off of the contact improvisation (CI) dance community; while traditional CI asks what happens when two physical bodies meet, we ask what happens when two alchemical humans meet. We will research, experientially, these questions around the nuances of social dynamics.
Today it is an umbrella of embodied practices in continuously research around the relational body that stem from different mastery such as dance, CI, Tantra, BDSM, spirituality, rituals and ancestral practices.
